Need Help for moving to the Netherlands on a Student Visa

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Must admit I find your post a bit confusing; if I have this right, you already have a degree and masters and you are seeking to come to the Netherlands to go to university, and want to bring your wife and work at the same time.  I'll just try and answer your questions:

1.  Good Uni's - There are 2 good web links to check out; the Study in Holland website deals in English language courses and the Study in the Netherlands gives you access to all    Universities and all courses.  I went to Uni in the UK (Huddersfield), so can't specifically recommend one in the Netherlands, but those 2 links will give you a starting point.

2.  Language.  If you subscribe and pay for an English language course, then while Dutch is useful, it's not compulsory.  That said, life around you and your family is in Dutch and it's really boring not knowing what everyone is talking about, can't watch the TV or listen to the Radio; what the signs in the Doctors surgery are telling you, what time the next bus is coming - that's all in Dutch; if you want English, then perhaps an English speaking country (UK, USA, Canada, Australia - etc) is a better bet for you.

3.  Scammers.  They are everywhere in life; the educational scams that I've seen are mainly on-line; you just need to be very careful, research for references, speak to people on places like LinkedIn, find people who've gone before you.

4.  Language.  If you don't speak Dutch, manual work is an option, but there are other students looking for the same work, plus the Netherlands is currently trying to assist a lot of asylum seekers.  The job market at the moment is bad everywhere, the COVID pandemic has lead to many losing their jobs.

5.  Scholarships.  They are available for students from developing countries; I don't know if you qualify, so Google is your best starting point.

6.  Family visa.  You can bring your family, but you would have to meet the same requirements as for a Family Visa.  Personally, I think you would struggle because a resident with a student visa can only work a maximum of 16 hours p/week and there are minimum income levels for a family visa.  Even before COVID, there are no manual work contracts that would pay enough.  Perhaps your wife could qualify for a visa in her own right (skilled migrant)?
