Has anyone heard about a rapid Covid test when arriving?

My girlfriend said something about a covid test with results within four hours. This would be great if implicated before she returns, instead of having her have to quarantine in a hotel and wait for results.

I am not sure about in the Philippines but I have just watched a short video of testing in Madrid and results come back in 15 minutes.
