Post new topic

Guest8346

Hello everyone, Right now I holding work permit. I got an another job. They apply S pass for me on 16th of september 2020 but it's cancelled on 3rd of october 2020. The reason is salary. My agent said that currently your basic is low. Yes, my basic low (allowances are more).
They are appeal for me.
My question is.....,
1)Is there any possible to select?
2)And how long they take...?
3)How can check the status?

Appeal takes 2-3 weeks as per my experience, it can take longer considering current situation.

Check status here https://eponline.mom.gov.sg/epol/PEPOLE … yAction.do

If your salary is too low to be approved, an appeal can only have success if it raises the salary. Allowances are not counted.

Yes, during appeal they increase salary.

Hai all,
My appeal also got reject.
Finally my agency check with MOM.
And they told that, "candidate current salary is too low".
Yes, my basic is too low but i have allowances more.
I'm so worried.
What i have to do next?
Give me any idea's.

I think you can over MOM SAT Tool, you have to key-in details there like basic salary + fixed allowance(housing, food, night shift) , your age, nationality. If you fail , definitely it will reject.

Can i have a link for MOM SAT TOOL

MoM only considers fixed base salary, not allowances, bonuses, etc.
if that is below the minimum (as shown by the SAT), you will not get approval.
Your employer should know that. If not, look for another one!

I'm a work permit holder. Agency told me that your current basic is too low.
