Hi Everyone,

I had my appointment with MOM last October 28, 2020. Picture and Biometrics are taken. I just wanna ask how long will it take for my company to receive the pass? I just wanna ask from this forum first and get some advice regarding the duration before asking my HR about this.

Thanks in advance!

The actual pass is normally issued within a few days, at most.
Your company should contact MoM to find out why your case takes longer.

If you have FIN known, you can check the status in EP ONLINE website having option -         Card Delivery / Collection Status. As per MOM, should be within 4 days.

Yes I do have FIN number. I checked online its says delivery to the customer and the delivery date is Nov 3, 2020. I think it's in the company already? Maybe I will wait next week for them to contact me. Thank you for letting me know that I can check it myself online.

Yes, company or agency guy would have collected, and will pass it to you.
