Hello, I am a Muslim Pakistani Girl with Canadian citizenship. I will be going to Riyadh on a visit visa or tourist visa for nikkah with my fiancé who has iqamah. My question is would we be able to do the nikkah even if I don't have iqamah? Can you guide me what is the process to marry there?

maybe i can😌

Yes U can. I dont know the details bt I had come across 2 such cases. Infact in 1 case both of them came here on umrah viza. It was last year in April. In ur case ur fiancee is already a resident so then u wont be having any problem.  Ask ur husband to consult someone in riyadh.

Ofcourse u can stay in Saudi Arabia. If ur fiance has the iqama he can be ur sponsor.
