EP Processing and Appeal Need guidance

You do not mention if your STVP was issued by ICA or MoM.
If the latter, ask your previous employer to extend it - valid reasons are e.g. that you cannot travel to your home country before expiry.
If the former, you can approach ICA for an extension. Again you need a valid reason- an unfreseen delay in EP processing might count (bring written proof!).
If no extension is given, you must leave Singapore before the STVP expires and wait elsewhere for approval of your EP.

Hi the STVP is given by mom(i received it when my previous EP got cancelled)

My previous employer not agreed to apply for STVP they asking me to request STVP through the new employer who is did the Appeal.

Both employers are not related. Please guide me

Then you can try to contact MoM yourself - if you have a valid reason like not being able to leave Singapore.

Still mom did not revel the reason. Last 19th November my agent summited the appeal. But until now still its on process.

last friday 11 December out agent had a meeting with mom and got the update. as mom said this monday (14 December) they should update the result. but until now no any update.

What happened ? Finally
