Why you did that?
They will not approve it until you give them the final marking sheet.
And for that, your degree should be completed.

BT- ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY, 4 years degree, only 3 years finish, my school university already issue my certificate, include all my marking sheet, all subjects grades,TOR, same related professuon my iqama as electrical technician, and already certified my origin country and seal attestation, now im already upload to my SCE account for request permanent registration,
my question is, how long process to approval SCE, and if possible accept my credentials or not?

2 weeks is the standard time, If they took any more than that. You have to book an appointment and visit them in person. They will sort out the issue. No need to bring documents along, If you already uploaded all in the system.
