Long term car rental

Hi all,

We are European living in the UK and planning to relocate to Malta in April 2021. I am quite keen to get your advice on what car rental could give us the best deal for a long term rent (around 2 months rent).

Just to elaborate a bit more, we decided that we would need a car in Malta (ideally from day 1) and after some research we realised that is not possible to purchase a car straight away as we need to apply and receive residency first.

Until residency is granted we are considering renting if this won’t be too expensive.

Any advise on this topic will be highly appreciated:)

BTW 2 months is not long term. ;-) Knowing ID Malta I would plan for 6 months.
