Good day, my partner want to apply for my mvv Resident, i have taken the exam and pass, i have also check the link you sent me but it has different forms, i dont know which forms that is suitable to apply for a resident permit through mvv to live with my partner, i have been calling IND for direction but they haven't reply me. Pls assit me.

Hi and thanks for the additional information.

You need to go to this link on the IND website.  It's recently been updated and includes a short film for you to watch and it then takes you through the process step by step.
