Ако правилно сме Ви разбрали, става дума за Декларация за предприятия без дейност. В тази връзка, имайте предвид следното:



Лицата, които декларират, че не са осъществявали дейност по смисъла на Закона за счетоводството, подават Декларация за предприятия без дейност (Приложение 11) еднократно за първия отчетен период, в който не са осъществявали дейност. Те подават декларацията единствено в ИС „Бизнес статистика“, на е-mail адрес (подписана, подпечатана и сканирана) или в съответните териториални структури на НСИ на хартиен носител.

Важно: Лицата, които не са осъществявали дейност по смисъла на ЗСч през 2020 г. (а през 2019 г. са извършвали дейност), е желателно да подадат декларацията, като за следващите години, в които не развиват дейност, няма да подават декларация, докато не възстановят дейността си, което ще изисква подаване на ГОД.

Лицата, които и през 2019 г. не са осъществявали дейност по смисъла на ЗСч и са подали декларация, могат да не подават такава за 2020 година.

In this regard, keep in mind the following: Persons who declare that they have not carried out activity within the meaning of the Accounting Act shall submit a Declaration for enterprises without activity (Appendix 11) once for the first reporting period in which they have not carried out activity. They submit the declaration only in the Business Statistics IS, at an e-mail address (signed, stamped and scanned) or in the respective territorial structures of the NSI on paper. Important: Persons who have not carried out an activity within the meaning of the LCA in 2020 (and in 2019 have carried out an activity), it is desirable to submit the declaration, and for the following years in which they do not operate, will not submit a declaration until they resume their activities, which will require the submission of a GOD. I emailed the nsi.bg and that was the reply...ive translated it as good as i can, i hope it makes sense to you..............I took it that they were saying if we put in a declaration last year then none needed for this year....but read it and you do what you think its saying........

I agree that there seems no requirement if this was submitted last year.
