Hi My sass renewal got rejected because of insufficient quota . My company said they will appeal next month once they will have enough quota. Just want to know will appeal works?

If they have space for you in their quota (meaning they hire additional locals or fire other foreigners until then), then the appeal has a chance. Otherwise not.
