Introduction

I am anticipating same. I live in NY and would like to find a small village or town to retire in. My plan is when it is safe (probably not until the Fall), going for three months and moving from town to town every two weeks, living like a local in different regions . I have a great Italy based Italian teacher, and took the MOVING TO ITALY class which covers everything, including financial, taxes, retirement and location. I am trying to explore the same "venue". What are the tax implication? How would I pay taxes being outside of the USA? Is there really a tax savings being outside? etc.
If you find something, would you be willing to share some info?
