I have unpaid bill of mobiley Post paid sim of 3 month of last year and i m going on vacation in oct .will they stop me or I can go and back without any issue

Pay the bill. If they file a case against you then yes, there will be an issue. And the longer that this bill remains unpaid, the more chance that a case will be filed (it's already late by 1 year according to you).
