Hi,
I have a question im a non EU citizen i came via partnership visa to live with my boyfriend (has dutch nationality) i have been living in the Netherlands since 2 years, and i still have 1 year to finish my integration exam.
My question is when can i apply for the dutch passeport?
Thank you

Hi again.

It's called "Naturalisation".  Normally 5 years of residence is required, after which you can apply for naturalisation and then apply for a Dutch passport.  However, there are exceptions that can reduce that to 3 years under certain circumstances.  Rather than C&P a large section of the IND website, this link will take you straight there so you can read it for yourself.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the quick reply,i have checked the website and it’s not clear if those who are sponsored by there partners (partnership visa) qualify for the 3 years,
IND:
You are married to or are the registered partner of a Dutch citizen. And you are already living together for a minimum of 3 years. You will continue living together during the whole naturalisation procedure.
Do you live in the Kingdom of the Netherlands? Then you do not have to be married or registered partners for the whole 3 years. You should, however, have lived together in the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a minimum of 3 years.

Seems pretty clear to me; I suggest you contact the IND, ultimately, it will be them that decide.
