Need an LTVP. Advice?

hi all, this is a bit complicated but I didn't know anywhere else to ask.

basically, my parents are PRs and have their own company in Singapore with only 2 employees. I was born here, but did not take PR when my parents applied. I'm a male btw. during COVID I returned home from college and I've had to take a leave of absence because I can't afford the tuition.

when I first came to sg, I was on a social visit pass which was renewed for about 4 months. then I got a work holiday pass, which now only lasts for 6 months but pre-covid it was 12 months.

I've gotten a job here that I really like but my employers don't have the quota to get an S Pass for me. which basically leaves me...in the lurch? I have until July to figure out a way to stay.

my mother is pretty convinced that I can get a LTVP and then an LOC, but I'm over 21. She says many people have done this before, but I'm not sure.

anyone have some insight?

Sorry to say, but when your parents became PR without including you (possibly to avoid NS obligations as second generation PR), they basically removed your chances of ever working in Singapore. You will not get an LoC or any other work pass.
You better look for a future elsewhere!

This happened years, and years before that was a requirement. I was less than 10 years old. Thanks for your insight though, I will keep that in mind when applying.
