Being happy is surely our common goal, whether we are living in Bahrain as an expat or somewhere else.
We would love to know your tips and tricks to be fully fulfilled and happy as an expat in your host country.

New environment may require new habits. Which habits did you have to implement to live a good life in Bahrain?

What a brilliant question. Personally, the key to leading a happy expat-life is finding the work-life balance: i try to be active and keep myself interested in new activities such as diving or others.
Another challenge is that it gets sometimes difficult to be social with my busy work schedule.
