Post new topic

Hi All!

I am moving to Portugal soon and reading all the information how complicated are formal and legal things I am now thinking about getting support from relocation company. I am talking about permanent stay, NHR, car registration, driving license, setting up company, etc.

Do you recommend any company for such support?

Cheers,
MF

Hi MF, Welcome :)

As an EU citizen, you can come to Portugal and take care of all that here.
You can deal with it all by yourself or with support from a lawyer or a solicitor.

But if any forum member would like to recommend you a relocation agency, please feel free to do so by using a private message.

1. You can contact some solicitors by email in english and ask them for a quote for everything what you would like to be done. While asking for quotes, it is advisable to detail what you want from the beginning. Most speak a good english, so communication is not an issue.

A solicitor can help you with all of this, including setting up a company.

2. You can google "NHR Portugal lawyer". But what you will find first are many paid advertisements, and usually these lawyers/agencies are the ones that will charge you the most.

It's up to you to decide.
