Hi taraqsp1, welcome to this forum.
Said that its not the right time to seek a job due the pandemy and that Is not possible enter Indonesia unless u already have a Kitas or Kitap, the law about job for foreigner Is very strictly.
Basicaly, u cant do a job that can be done by locals, so a foreigner can do only jobs highly specialized, and the requirements are a degree, 5 years experience and at least 25 years old.
Dont trust someone that could says something different by private message, thay dont write on the forum because they know they would be proven wrong.

Ur diploma can be enough, check the link below, starting from pag 8 there is the list of the positions that can be filled by a foreign in Indonesia, divided by sectors. If u can find one u can do with ur diploma,, try to apply with some company, of course after the border reopens and the economy will have recovered.

As far as I know, foreign companies engaged in technology prefer Bachelor's graduates.  There is a possibility if you are a transfer employee from a company that has branches in each country.  In the company where I work there is an engineer from India.  But he is a transfer employee from the branch of Singapore.

There is 1 technology company from India in Jakarta.  They became the main vendor for one of the telecommunications companies in Indonesia.  Maybe you can try looking for vacancies from that company.  The name is PT.  Techmahindra. Good luck.. 😊

But if you look at the current situation I think it will be very difficult.  Because we Indonesians themselves lost a lot of job.  Currently what is happening is not only competition regarding the skills you have.  But how cheaply you can be paid to work.
That's what I see on a job search site last time.  :(
