You will find good answer in this blog. For short term rent, about Nok 12000 in Oslo City, but you can rent for half the price outside city centre.

I guess between Oslo and Drammen

5) What is possibility of getting a partime job there in Norway, and how much will be an average pay for the same?(for the period till i get a permanent job)
Part time job is difficult and average pay is hard to say but minium Nok 400.000 for 100%.

6) Do u think that knowledge of norwigian language is important or the knowledge of English will do?
Norwegian is important, but English used as work language in bigger companies.

7) what will be the cost for electricity & water per month?
Water is included in the rent in most cases. If not, about Nok 1000 for water and electricity for a smal apartment.
