Hi

Today my EP 1st appeal rejected. My employer told second appeal option is available.

What is the procedure for second appeal and processing time ?

Any chance to get approve EP for second appeal.

Of course there is a chance to get a second appeal approved, if the employer (with your help) addresses (i.e. removes, in MoM’s eyes) the rejection reasons of the original application and the first appeal.
Ask yourself: Why was I rejected? What was submitted in the appeal to remove the causes? What else could be submitted to make my case stronger?

Second appeal is directly contact mom officer or via appeal online only?

The employer can submit the appeal online, but doing so makes sense only after knowing the rejection reason.
