Renting a Car for Indian in Business Visit Visa

Can an Indian rent a car in Riyadh with Indian Driving License? I currently do not have an International Driving Permit.

I have enquired in a local rental agency and they seem to accept the International Driving Permit but I do not have IDP now. Is it possible to apply for an IDP online? Is the IDP applied online is acceptable here in Riyadh?

The following companies are offering online IDP services, but not sure if these are valid.

Yes if you provide any IDP it will be accepted. but only normal Indian license will not be accepted as india have right hand drive and here left hand drive.

I can apply for the IDP online from the above mentioned websites. But is it acceptable and admissable?
