Now I change  that status , at the moment I have "titre a sejour"
Id  card limited
I already pass A2 level french
So can I apply for permanent resident

AlexFromBelgium

Hello,

the special ID that you've received for your service at the embassy are not taken into account for permanent resident ship.

Basically your counter start in 2020 when you've received your A card and you'll have to wait at least 5 years to request permanent resident card / nationality.

@basnayakanu I think you need to have the A card (limited card) for 5 years then it will be automatically changed to B (Permanent card).
