New in saudi in personal driver

hie i am manish singh i reached here in riyadh 10 days back i am in personal driver visa but i dont like the job so what can i do to take transfer to the restaurant as a cook if my kafeel dont give me release paper what can i do and in between us no agreement has signed so what can i do please suggest me

You have landed on a driver visa with a sound mind that is your default agreement irrespective of formal signature, your kafeel can only solve your issue to transfer or send back no one else. Still you are in probation period for 3 months or 6 months decided by your sponsor.

Your visa is not transferable.

So, you can't get the transfer to any company at all.

I think you didn't understand what i said.

Your visa in not transferable.

You can not transfer to a company.

If your sponsor is generous he can send you back on exit within the period without recovering the amount that he spent on your visa and other expenses. This visa profession is not transferable and no one can hire you as per your job that you wish to do unless you come back on a labor visa which is easily transferable.

Only your sponsor can answer that.

He can let you go without paying anything or he can charge for the visa expenses.

Hi, I am persnol Driver is Saudia I have 1 transfer to another Kafeel but he didn't sign any contract or agreement.

He said no any contract with persnol driver.

Is it true ?
