spass card delivery

hi i am an spass holder and registered my card on last month 23 march. i understood now its take 1 month to deliver the card. its already 29 April and i didnt get it yet. when my employer checked the delivery status, it shown only card register done.. still no tick on check documnents required and card delivery. my employer had resubmitted all the documents. how long do i have to wait for the card this time?

by the way this morning eponline (non login) page down anyone? i cant check my spass status

Your employer should contact MoM to sort things out - it does not normally take that long!

thanks alot. please advice why we cant check the spass status from MOM website. the page show error since this morning

This is not normal, so your employer should sort it out with MoM!

as of now only employer side can check the status of permit. which will add more misery to permit applicants who cant check their status.
