I just want to ask the process of filing a case or repatriation for a man who committed concubinage here in riyadh ksa

Basically you are talking about filing a case for sex outside of marriage. Remember that you will be also be in trouble after that. Also concubinage or misyar marriage rights are very difficult to uphold and depends on the documentation that you have.
