MGEN should also require a health questionnaire. It has the advantage that insurance can be taken out if you are over 75.
I doubt that there is a health insurance company in Portugal or in the world that does a health insurance without assessing the risk of the person insured... a blindfolded insurance company ??? Really doubt about that ....
