Invest more than 10M Baht to get non-immigrant investor visa questions

Post new topic

Guest7897

Hello everyone.

I want to invest more than 10M Baht in Thailand in order to get a non-immigrant investor visa.

I am a bit confused from all the information on the internet of how the process works.

I will mention that I live in other country and don't have intention to immigrate to Thailand in the near future. I junt want to invest at a bank's Fixed Balance account and government bonds.

I read that in order to get non-immigrant investor visa, first I have to invest the 10M. But how can I open a bank account in thailand and transfer the money before I get any kind of visa?  What is the most process to do it?

Thank you.

Dror :)

Why would he go through thaivisa.com when he can do it the official way?

Have a look at this site, I think you will find all information you need. I have talked with Mr. Luca at that meeting and he definitely can help you if you need help and are prepared to pay for that.

I myself live in hua hin and have successfully applied for an LTRWP visa and it was easy. But I do have a non-emigrant O with a retirement extension.

You definitely won't find all the information you need on this site. The LTR is brand new In that they've only issued 2,750 of them thus far.

**** This is not for Thaivisa.com or the other Visa agencies that are commonly used in Thailand. These are for the law firms and the firms that do citizenship by investment, for ultra high income individuals.

The fee alone from almost every other firm is a million baht. That's just their fee. You're also supposed to get a whole slew of advantages, including owning your own home 100%, and corporate tax breaks on your businesses. With us you don't need to make the 90-day reporting and some of the other b*****

10 Million Baht to invest and asks a forum how to do that in broken English - sure mate.

JacktheLawyer

Are you talking to me?

Or are you talking to the guy that started the post? I do LTR and elite visa MOSTLY flr people with broken English. They come from the Arab or Muslim countries, and their English is broken or almost non-existent.

But their Saudis or something, and they own oil fields. So they don't give a f*** for a million baht, They just don't want to be bothered.
