Device Leasing and Exiting Country

If a person has taken devices on contract, are they allowed to exit Bahrain if the visa is cancelled and the device isnt cleared in full?

You can exit Bahrain but If you don't clear your dues before you exit the country there will be a case registered by the telecom company, If you try to apply for a visa it will be rejected by chance if it gets approved you could be arrested on return.
