Marrakesh hotel with really good air conditioning?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced hotel (up to 600 dh) in Marrakesh that is known to have good, effective air conditioning able to handle the extreme heat of July in that city.

Does anyone have first-hand knowledge about this? Several otherwise nice hotels we've used have had less-than-capable air conditioning. I realize that some European and Moroccan guests may not even like cold air conditioning, but I'm in favor of it!
