05/21/23 @Hakim Ullah Amiri.  Welcome!  Your friend can send you an invitation letter if your friend is a citizen or legal resident of Brazil, and is willing to accept financial responsibility for you during your stay.  Brazilian Consulates do not accept invitation letters from people who are in Brazil on tourist visas or are living in Brazil illegally.

He needs a sponsor with proof of income.   Immigration officials comb through a sponsor's CPF ID  to see if the sponsor has the means to support a visitor.

Meaning, a stable household with a fixed address, income level commensurate with one's means to support the sponsored visitor. That's just before they even start looking into other factors to process their paperwork.

This is the case of , say, a Pakistani Company with a lot of clout, and  wanting to setup business in Brazil,  or trade with Brazilian firms.

For one to be granted refugee status, one has to be in a country where the Itamaraty recognizes the need to extend a refugee visa due to humanitarian reasons.  That has been the case with Haiti ( settlements in Sao Paulo ),  Ukraine ( settlements in Sao Paulo and Parana ), and Venezuela ( mostly on Rondonia, and coming to Sao Paulo ).

I much doubt Pakistan has such a status. Economic distress and upheaval hardly qualifies under a strong reason to granting of visas. And i don't need to work in a Brazilian Embassy or Consulate to know this.

Pakistan is a Country with nearly Brazil's population and with one tenth of the land mass,. undergoing a huge economic distress and upheaval.    It's pretty much an educated guess of mine  that the orders down to the the Brazilian's Consulate rank and file are to limit  Visas to a very few special  cases.  We are talking a 1:1,000,000 odds.  I much doubt they are to OPEN THE FLOODGATES or create any exceptions to anyone in special.

Meanwhile, since the fall of Afghanistan, and the US troops withdrawals, last year, the writing has been on the wall ( and I am bragging here for seeing this coming )......

.....While the Chinese Government has not engaged in talks with the Afghani ruling part, it is well documented ( Al Jazeera English , it is Youtube, check it out ), that a lot of Chinese business people of all walks are putting  their money where the mouth is...  They are investing in smaller projects in the Country.

The hour long documentary featured a Chinese Reporter setting up a local TV Station in Islamabad, other actually going as bold as projecting to erect  a new city out of a pile of Rocks in the middle of nowhere, other setting up a business traveler full service hotel, a few ones already trading semi precious stones.  And if you know what they done in Africa, once they cut loose out of their contracts, you can pretty much sum up they will do this in Afghanistan.

It is no secret that when Americans funded the Mujahedin , they sent the US Survey team along with weapon shipments and "advisors".  Any trace minerals you can think of ( including large reserves of Lithium ), Afghanistan has it .

That is not party money, it is rather stashed and squirreled away money.  Which translates into opportunities, and money to be made.  A dream destination for carpetbaggers.

Here's a funny quote seeing from Chinese in Africa that I saw, just as same, in interviewees in Afghanistan...

"We either risk it all here, or stand to loose all we have in China".   Other... "I feel freer in African than i ever felt in China".

You can try to make your way to Brazil, and you might even succeed beyond your wildest dreams, and even prosper ( I have no doubt about it ).  Yet  you are thousands of see miles away from Brazil with a lousy odds on favor to get your visa.  Meanwhile your neighbor is ripe for ( even with Taliban and all ), to be on its way up, thanks to China's Capital Flight.
