I'm an American missionary who will  be working in Santiago for a few weeks at at time over the next few years.

For health reasons, I live on a delicious but restricted diet.

Wondering where I can find a reliable source of food. It needs to be CLEAN -  no additives or preservatives. Usually not processed. Preferably fresh fruits and veg. Plenty of raw nuts and seeds. Am wondering where I can source what I need.

One special need is a mill for grinding wheat. I do not eat anything made with flour that I didn't mill myself. Any suggestions where I might buy a unit in Santiago, or should I bring my own machine?

Also, Is there a reliable source of grains such as wheat berries, barley, rye, etc. Preferably not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. Seriously trying to avoid anything with glyphosate (primary ingredient in Round-Up)

You may find this challenging here.  Many chemicals including round up are freely used. There is no real monitoring of use or of marketing statements.  Often what is said is not reality.
