Visa en vue de mariage

Post new topic

Bonjour,

One of my Belgian friend and his Colombian partner get a visa and residence permit for family réunion. I don't think it will be any problem in case of partner is Algerian. End of the day procedure is same.

Good luck

Hey,

I completely understand where you are coming from.

My question is are you Belgian ? because if you are then your BF can come to belgium on tourist visa and you can get married in commune during his 3 months permitted stay.

In case however if he still applies for his marriage visa in Algeria, it will definitely be confidential and safe, but the process is very long and time consuming.

Hi,

thanks for your response. Yes I am Belgian for 100% :)

TouristVisa was our first idea… but it is already two times that we’ve a refusal. His visa file is very good, we did it with a compagny in Algeria ans also they don’t understand why we didn’t get the visa…

we’re really loosing hope ! It’s dificult to live so far away, it’s expensive to go there every 2-3 months. (450€ only for the flight + 110€ for algerian visa everytime)

So if someone has a miracle idea, it’s more than welcome !
