Helo there,

We will be relocating to Itajai in September. I have been looking at facebook and different expat group pages to find fellow foreigners in Itajai and it has been difficult. Are they not many foreigner in Itajai. Anyone know of a whatsapp group or facebook group to help out a fellow expat who will be moving there?

We are moving with 2 young kids, so I have a lot of questions about schools and activities.

mainly about schools in Itajai - if Bim Jesus and Valley only schools are good. Would be amazing to speak to a parent who have kids in either school
should we stay in an apartment or is it safe to be in a house?
I won’t be working m, so wondering if they are fellow foreigners to hang out with as I don’t speak Portuguese
