Skilled migrant visa process

Hello everyone,

My EOI was selected under the skilled migrant category and I have submitted my visa application.

on 2023-08-17, I contacted the immigration call center and I was informed that my application was allocated to an Immigration Officer for an initial review and then assigned back to a manager. The manager will decide whether the same officer will process my application or someone else will.

Is this the normal process? Any possible reasons now for my application to be rejected? Kindly let me know
