Hi all,

I just received my Annex 46 and will fly to Brussels after I receive my Visa D. Subsequently, I am required to do a registration at Schaerbeek Townhall once I arrive there. Could any of you please share how to make an appointment with the authorities there?

I tried to find the information on their website but it was only in Dutch and French. The translation feature from Google didn't really help either.

Thanks a lot.

Hi.. I emailed to the schaerbeek commune office and their population department replied me this. You have to start apply online first on their 1030.be website..signup for ID at their espace tab and then start the application once you arrived here.. then they will give you an appointment to come to the commune office for official registration of your residency..

Registration requests must be made by citizens via one of the two methods below:

1)     On the Schaerbeek site:

e https://www.1030.be/fr/content/arrivee- … e-national by pressing the “Start the process” button.

As soon as your request has been registered, an appointment will be made for you as soon as possible.

2)     Send a postal letter to the address: Municipal administration of Schaerbeek - Registers Service – Place Colignon – 1030 Schaerbeek

All information will be given to you at the counter.
