Orange card / residence permit files processing time

Hello everyone!

We have applied for residence permit on family reunification basis in early July, and should have received an answer by early January according to the procedure, but instead had the Orange cards monthly prolonged 3 times already.

Does anyone has same procedure now and can share their experience - how long they wait or maybe after how many months the answer was received?

@Berna1234 for me, i applied with my marriage and the application was launched on september 2023. since then the orange card has been extended 4 times

@Chris664 did you got it after all? or was there something wrong that need rehearsal? Also is your spouse independent/has own company?
