Hello everyone,i have been in Bahrain from last 6 years but this year i got a problem that lmra team come to check and my visa is for different company this the company mistake we are 4 person they tell us they will sort the problem but more then 2 months no news so i hire my own lawyer to follow because company tell us to get deported now i have clear fine on my cor company paid the fine i clear my fine by lawyer i have copy but still i cant apply the visa this process is more then 4 months lawyer tell many times you can apply but i try how many times still nothing anyone here to guide me up for future steps m struggling from 6 months no work no source of income but alot expenses i have the rent the food to the lawyer

You have to go to lmra to remove the offence on the cpr. Paying is only the first step. Raise e-support ticket. Let them respond to you - in some cases, the offence will not be removed at all despite paying the fine as its a serious violation of labor law.

@XTang i got you sir but their no any laws that make me comfortable that it can be removed

Because if company can pay fine and continue their work why should not the labour

I will repeat myself. Contact lmra. They will tell you whether it will remove or not. You broke the law and are in the wrong.
