Hello , will there be a problem for my international travel if my passport name

and carte de séjour name is different , my last name have my husband's father name instead of my husband name . No problem with my first name, my last name is my husband name in passport but it is printed with his father name in my carte de séjour . Will there be. Problem in immigration during my abroad travel ?

Hi Kavkas

I would start the process to correct this, if I were you. I don't understand how this situation has happened, as usually they are very strict about corresponding your ID. If it was your maiden name, I could understand, because in France women carry their maiden name on official documentation through their lives (means less updating of documents), in which case your CdS and/or driving licence would reflect your birth certificate's details and not your passport. But your husband's father's name sounds very odd... On which paperwork does this name appear in the docs you submitted to apply for your CdS?

@Kavkas It may depend on whether your titre de sejour includes all of the names. When I received my titre de sejour, it included both my maiden and married names, even though I don't officially use my married name and it is not on my passport. So far, it hasn't presented any problems.

Firstly thank you for replying my question . Do you mean to say that your husband name is not in your passport but your titre de séjour has it and you did not have problem during immigration While travelling  abroad ?
