Hi. I have a question regarding income tax. I am french and going to be based in Dakar, Senegal. There is a fiscal convention between France and Senegal. It means that french citizens working in Senegal have to pay income taxes. My question is: does that concern french people working in Senegal for french companies only or also for foreign organisations? I am employed by a US NGO.
