I am looking for guidance from any expats who are successfully renting their property in GDL preferably, on short term rental platforms.

What are rules, regulations, cost and associated timelines with respect to meeting local laws and regulations? Are there any 3rd parties to whom this process could be outsourced to? As a temporary resident does one need to get work permit or only business license is required to run short term rental business?

How about your experience with property management for the short term rental property? Could you recommend a company or person?
