hi i been there done that. I filed for annullment and it was granted. Since both of you had their own partner. then my suggestion is file for annullment. His marriage to other filipina are considered null and void from the start and  it is called bigamous marriage. Once your marriage is annulled. his 2nd marriage should also be file for nullity of marriage. it doesnt mean that if your marriage is annulled his is automatic valid. ask me some questions and I might be able to help you since I myself filed for annullment

does the 160k package includes also the fees of the lawyer everytime he goes to the court for the hearing?  how do you pay byour lawyer? can you tell the name of your lawyer here? also, how long did it take before you got your annulment?

thank you...

Ms. Bluejewel13,

I have a girl friend who met and fell in love last year with a guy who has been married when he was 18 years old (he was already 25 at this time). The guy said that he married his ex-wife because of "pikot". Is it possible for them to file an annulment and be successful given the fact that they will contact your attorney and subject to the grounds to be annulled? And pay for the 160k+ package? The ex-wife has been threatening to ruin my friend already and the guy wants to put an end to his ill-fated relationship. He was madly in love with my friend and found his happiness with her. Is it possible that they will be annulled even if the guy was the one who committed infidelity? Can he say that he was psychologically incapacitated to suit the role of a husband and a father?

Please help us since my friend was becoming miserable already.

Thank you.

yes, that can be done. the 160k package is enough if you file it in cebu city. that includes already the appearance of the lawyer and the psychologist (specialist).

Professor Cebu,

The place where it took place was in Luzon, do they need to go to Cebu just for the case? And also, as for their status, the ex wife was still pestering the girl and the ex husband and will not bulge to be separated. Can they win the case even if she (ex wife) is giving them a hard time saying that she won't allow them to be legal? Is it still possible to annul the case?

Thanks.

professor cebu

yes, your friend can. luzon rates are way higher. which part in luzon? where does the husband and the legal wife reside?

rinoamita26

The husband and wife were from Nueva Ecija and then my friend and the husband met in Bulacan. Is there a 100% chance that they will win the annulment case even if the ex wife is so persistent? How much can be the cost for luzon cases?
Thank you Professor Cebu!

Yes, there is a chance if your evidence can support the ground for annulment. For luzon, i think it will not go down 100k. Hope this helps.
