Hi!

I'm planning to go to Brazil in November, with my brazilian boyfriend and his sister, and be there for 6 months.

My question is if anybody has any tips about work in Brazil as a swedish?
Unfortunately I don't speak portuguese yet, but I hope I will learn as soon as possible. But I speak english very well.
So, do you know any job there you don't have to speak portuguese?

We are going to live in Natal, in northeast Brazil, so if you have any specific recomendations would it be good if they were in Natal.

Hope you can help me!

Thanks // Malin

Hi.
Work in Brazil is certainly not plentiful and don't expect to earn huge amounts. They speak very little English here, so you chances of work are slimmer still. If your English is clear and destinct, you may find work as a conversational English teacher, but the pay is not good. maybe something between R$ 12.00 and R$ 15.00 an hour. Not very inviting I know, but for this money you can certainly eat here depending on how much teaching you do, maybe even pay the rent. Held og lykke med turen og jeg haaber du for en god tid her i Brazil. Kaerlig Hilsen Mark
