Employment offer from Bahrain - Senior Software Engineer

I am a Pakistani National. I got an offer from Bahrain.

I have a few queries.

We are a family of 3 (Me , my wife and a son).

Which is the best (SAFEST) place for a family to live (I mean safe and secure)?

I heard that it is not secure for Pakistanis these days ? Is it true.
