You will be fine. My husband went for a lovely Indian meal the other night and had that much to eat that he was stuffed. 1BD.

Eat as much as you want restaurants are between 3 and 5BD per person.

Nearly all Malls have a food court and very very cheap

...and there are a lot of Pharmacies where you can find  Maaloxan and Gaviscon... uhmmm delicious...

I would add that you can also order as most of the restaurants are delivering (Even Mc Donalds !). You can find all kind of food here, at all prices so don't worry to much if your taste is open, you will really enjoy it here.
