Position: QA Leader
A. Process Related

• Ensure process adherence in project, suggest process improvements
• Develop process awareness & help in tailoring processes, provide assistance in using Web Management Application
• Review effectiveness of processes including the Project Management processes. Sound early warnings & escalate issues to ensure timely corrective action
• Share best practices in the project and implement these from other projects
• Assist in data collection, compile metrics, perform causal analysis, suggest improvements
• Plan and conduct phase audits (Start Audit, work product Audit, configuration management & closure Audit) & provide assistance in closing these interim audit findings.
• Identify, follow up implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action with Software Dept Manager.

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or computer related field.
• Fluent English is a ideal
• Experience in software development and software process development.
• Experience in testing is a plus

Other requirements:

• Be flexible and versatile, when required, on a range of different tasks in the project
• Balances own workload and manages expectations: gives clear estimates to complete and delivers what was agreed
• Builds productive relationships both internally and with clients.
• Develops innovative and integrated propositions in areas where he/she has practical experience.
• Is recognized by the client as an expert in field and provides appropriate advice confidentially and professionally in the project
• Proactive, Rigorous, Responsiveness
• Able to propose accurate solutions
• Able to communicate clearly to team member or other people
• Able to handle a work with high pressure level
