You might also check out a repurtable general conractor who build multple villas here all with very good pools. Two to check are

Good luck. The do a great job. One thing I would suggest is to use Ultra Bright as a color coat rather that paint.  Paint can give you problems and you have to drain the pool are repaint every few years.  We have had the Ultra bright for 3 years now (after repairing and repainting the pool twice in two years) with absolutly no problems.
