I think its best you checked out the Dubai Media City official website which is www.dubaimediacity.com They have shed loads of Companies that fall under your expertise.

Please note that working in Dubai means you need to be multi tasked and a one man/woman army ! Also, you can check out a couple of 'media' specialized recruitment firms based in Dubai or the UK.
