Hi, I am an expat looking for a nice place to live in Manila, can someone pls give me an idea about where to look in Manila. Willing to pay rent around US $ 5,000

At 200k, can do Dasmarinas pr Bel air for a house, or Pacific Plaza Towers/Essenza/One Roxas for condos. PPT, Essenza/1 roxas are the big 3 and by far the nicest and safest condos. 330square meters. I would go straight to the agencies and skip the hordes that will now deluge you with services.
