Baby Play Groups in Central Saigon

Hello, we just arrived in Saigon and have almost 9 month old baby. SHe starts to get to the age that she likes to have others to play with instead of only papa and mama. Are there any playgroups (with both foreign and local people) in the central district we could join? We live in Phu Nguan. Anybody who could recommend anything close would be great. Thanks! Daniel and Kimty on behalf of Aliyah (who is looking fwd to play and share her toys).
