Hello Nagendra,

http://i1320.photobucket.com/albums/u531/wjwoodward/Welcome-banner.jpgOn behalf of the entire Expat-blog Team, welcome on board.

Getting a job in Brazil is no easy task for foreigners since Brazilian laws require employers to clearly demonstrate that they've exhausted every avenue of placing a qualified Brazilian in the vacancy before they can hire a foreigner to fill it.

However, it is much easier for anyone graduated in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field to find work here. Engineers of all kinds are always in demand here especially in civil construction which grows every year.

It is easiest to find work here by contacting multinational companies in your home country that also have operations in Brazil. If they can't help you with placement they most often can put you in touch with the right people in their HR departments here.

Cheers,
